Virtual PC Engine for RISC OS

This is the RISC OS port of Jens Ch. Restemeier's Virtual PC Engine. VPCE is still under development and this port is not yet at full speed, but I thought I would release what I've got since it is running fairly well. It requires a VIDC20 (RISC PC and A7000) because it uses a definable 256 colour palette, but it's only playable on a StrongARM anyway. The speed, on a StrongARM, varies between about 15-37 fps but the average speed is currently around 24 fps (a real PC Engine runs at around 60 fps).

To use VPCE, just find a PC Engine (often referred to by the American name, TurboGrafx) game, set the type to &0d9 and double click on it. Simple! The cursor keys act as the d-pad, A and S as buttons I and II, and RETURN and SPACE as RUN and SELECT. Escape will exit the emulator.

Note: There wont be any further development of this port as I'm working on my own PC Engine emulator.
